All images on this website are protected by copyright and are owned solely by megancolferartist.com / MC Art Creations. They may not be used as reproductions or AI Learning Databases without written permission from Megan Colfer. All commissioned work are one-off originals, however images may be used solely for marketing and/or advertising purposes only. Anonymous testimonials may be used both here and adjoining social media, but if you wish for your comments not to be quoted please do let me know once you receive your finished work.
Commission Deposit
Once details and arrangements have been finalised regarding your commission, you will receive a 30% Deposit link prior to beginning work. This payment is non-refundable after I have started, however I will wait up to 2 days from receiving the deposit if you wish to cancel and will issue a refund.
Refunds & Cancellations
Please note under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day cooling off period after direct purchases during which you can change your mind. This applies only to Limited Edition Prints & One-Off Artworks via the SumUp Online Store, and not personalised items such as Commissions. You are entitled to a refund within 14 days of cancellation .
Approving Final Commission
After work is finished on your commission, you will receive a photo in order to take note of any minor alterations needed, for which I will try to accommodate. If after adjustments you are still not satisfied, you may cancel your order, however deposits will not be refunded, and all copyright of the commissioned work will remain with megancolferartist.com / MC Art Creations. If you are happy with the finished commission, it will be delivered to you as agreed in your order.
Postage & Delivery
All artwork is carefully packaged prior to delivery to ensure it arrives to you in perfect condition. Graphite Artworks are handled by AnPost and are either packaged by Postal Tube or Board Back Envelopes. Oil Artworks are handled by UPS and can be delivered straight to your door.
Customer Privacy
All photos and personal information may be kept on record, but will never be shared with any third-party. Please check and review the Privacy Policy here for more information.
